Policies

Shipping:

I offer free shipping within the United Kingdom.

Most parcels will be sent by Royal Mail, second class or via a carrier such s Evri or DHL.

Shipping overseas:

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your country of residence for importing goods. These charges are out of my control and vary from country to country depending on the products ordered and the rates of duty and charges imposed by the country in which you live. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

SolidagoCeramics is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of SolidagoCeramics to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to me, I will not be able to refund the charge for original shipping.

For international orders, SolidagoCeramics will not be held responsible for customs delays. This is beyond my control. It is rare, but parcels have been known to be delayed in customs for up to 3 weeks.

Delivery:

I try to package and ship your items within 2 to 3 working days from the date of purchase. Please allow extra time for public holidays.

If you are in a rush and require an item within a shorter timeframe, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I will try to help.

Packaging & Damaged items:
I am a packaging magpie, and will reuse and recycle bubble wrap, cardboard and all other materials suitable for making sure your item will arrive in pristine condition.

If a product has been damaged in transit, please let me know within 14 days of the purchase date, and I will be happy to offer a refund or replacement if available. Please note that I cannot offer refunds after 14 days of the purchase.

Environmental concerns:
I use electricity generated from solar panels on my roof to supplement my kiln and are on a tariff that is 100% green energy. The clay I use is sourced from the UK and I buy my glaze materials from local UK suppliers.

Vouchers:

Please note that gift vouchers have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
