Handmade Ceramic Casserole dish with lid and tray. This product is handmade by Nadine and John. Very unique and no two are ever the same. 
 
The casserole dish is made with Stoneware clay and suitable for cooking food in the oven. The tray is designed to hold the dish when it comes out of the oven, so your table or tabletop is not burned by the hot dish. The wood is locally sourced Ash from a fallen tree in Yorkshire.
 
Caring Instructions:
Dish and lid: Suitable for the dishwasher, oven and microwave. When cooking with this dish, please make sure the dish is at room temperature before putting it into a cold to medium hot oven (max 100 degree Celsius)  to avoid thermal shock and breakage. 
Board: Sponge clean with hot soapy water and dry thoroughly.

Environmental concerns:
I use electricity generated from solar panels on my roof to supplement my kiln and are on a tariff that is 100% green energy.
